To brew this root beer, salmon have to come upstream through a river of root beer and go through turning gates that spin the barrels they brew the root beer in. Unfortunately, since the company has to keep the root beer enough like fresh water to allow the salmon to breathe, the root beer has little flavor or smell. It has more of a honey undertone than any real full force flavor, and it doesn’t work that well. It’s easy to drink, but doesn’t have enough richness to stand out. It isn’t racy or bold, but they tried, and that’s what counts.
